Silver Tungsten Alloy

Key Advantages

  • Precision customization: W content 30–80%, wide range of shapes and finishes; small-batch sampling for qualification.

  • Arc-erosion resistance: high hardness with stable switching under high voltage and load.

  • Process control & QA: powder mixing, isostatic pressing, vacuum sintering; chemical/physical/conductivity/metallography tests.

Primary Applications

  • High-voltage switches: contact materials resisting arc erosion for stable operations.

  • Microelectronics: electrodes and connectors for high-precision, high-reliability devices.

  • Electric processing: welding electrodes and heavy-load relays handling high current/temperature.

Testing (typical)

  • Chemical composition test

  • Physical properties (density, hardness, resistivity)

  • Conductivity detection

  • Appearance & size inspection

  • Metallography evaluation
