Titanium Foil

Key Advantages

  • Ultra-thin gauges (0.01–1.00 mm) with tight thickness/flatness control for precision laminations and shielding.
  • Clean, oxide-controlled surfaces: bright, matte, pickled or brushed for bonding, coating and welding prep.
  • High strength-to-weight and corrosion resistance across Gr1/Gr2/Gr5/Gr7/Gr9/Gr23.
  • Flexible supply: slit coils, pancake coils or cut sheets; small-batch prototyping available.
  • Batch traceability with mill test certificate (MTC 3.1) and inspection reports on request.

Primary Applications

  • Chemical processing: corrosion-resistant linings, seals, gaskets and bellows.
  • Medical and laboratory: housings, brackets and R&D components (non-implant uses).
  • Aerospace and electronics: lightweight shielding, EMI/RFI barriers and precision shims.

Testing

  • Visual and surface roughness checks; edge and burr inspection.
  • Thickness and flatness mapping; width and length tolerances.
  • Chemical analysis (O, N, H, Fe etc. as required).
  • Mechanical sampling: tensile/yield/elongation appropriate to gauge and grade.

Packaging & Delivery

  • Coils: vacuum/moisture-barrier wrap with core protection; sheets: interleaved and film-wrapped.
  • Export plywood cases with corner and edge guards.
  • Labels include grade, temper/condition, thickness × width, lot/heat, coil weight/length, PO.
  • Global courier or sea freight; lead times aligned with your build schedule.
