Tungsten Bar

Key Advantages

  • High purity: ≥99.95% tungsten for stable high-temperature performance and low thermal expansion.

  • Precision customization: diameter 0.8–100 mm; forging/machining/polishing options; small-batch sampling.

  • Process control & QA: powder metallurgy with chemical/physical/surface/metallography tests; low impurities (single ≤0.01%, total ≤0.05%).

  • High density: 18.2–19.3 g/cm³ for radiation/thermal applications in electronics and furnace systems.

Primary Applications

  • Electronics: semiconductor ion-implant parts, lighting components.

  • High-temperature furnaces: refractory parts for extreme heat.

  • Welding: GTAW/resistance welding electrodes with stable arc behavior.

Testing (typical)

  • Chemical composition test

  • Physical properties (density, thermal expansion)

  • Surface inspection (forging/polishing quality)

  • Metallography (microstructure uniformity)
